1. Who we are

This website is published for Trump Tower Tbilisi, a residential development at Downtown Tbilisi in Georgia, developed by Archi and Invia.

The website is operated by Archi Promotion LLC (Tbilisi, Georgia), which decides how the personal information collected here is used and is responsible for it under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@archi.ge.

The TRUMP name and mark are used under licence. The Trump Organization does not receive the personal information you submit through this website.

2. What we collect

When you use the Register Interest form we collect your name and email address, which are required, and your telephone number, country of residence, the type of interest you select and your message, which are optional. We also record that you gave your consent, and when.

If you email us, we keep your message and your address so that we can reply.

Our servers and our content-delivery provider log the IP address you connect from, your browser and device type, the pages you open, the page that referred you, and the time. This is standard server logging.

3. Why we use it

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and to contact you about the development: the presentation, the residence schedule, and pricing when it is released. The basis is your consent.

We record and work your enquiry through our sales process, on the basis of your consent and of our legitimate interest in managing enquiries.

We use technical data to keep the website available and secure and to prevent abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security of the site.

We use personal information to comply with legal obligations and to defend legal claims where that becomes necessary.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

4. Cookies

This website sets one cookie, and only when you submit the form: a session cookie carrying the security token that protects the form against misuse from other sites. It is removed when you close your browser.

We do not use advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your agreement before they are set.

5. Who we share it with

Your enquiry is recorded in our customer relationship management system, Bitrix24, and is handled by our sales team.

We use service providers who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions: website hosting, content delivery and security, and email.

Where an enquiry concerns them, we share it with the developers of the project, Archi and Invia, and with the owner of the property, Central Park Icon LLC.

We disclose personal information to professional advisers where they need it to advise us, and to public authorities where the law requires us to.

6. Where it is processed

We are in Georgia. Some of our service providers process information outside Georgia, including in the European Union and the United States.

Where personal information leaves Georgia or the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards that Georgian and European data protection law provide for such transfers.

7. How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case contract, tax and anti-money-laundering law set the period.

Email correspondence: 24 months after the exchange ends.
Server and security logs: up to 12 months.
The record of your consent: for as long as we hold the information it relates to.

8. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable form. You may withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect what we did before you withdrew it, and you may ask us to stop sending you marketing at any time.

Write to info@archi.ge. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and we answer within the period the law allows.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to the supervisory authority where you live.

9. How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS only and sits behind a web application firewall. The content management system and the sales system are restricted to the people who need them.

The form is protected against misuse from other sites by a token issued for each submission, and we review these measures regularly.

10. Children

This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to info@archi.ge and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top of it.

Where a change is significant, we say so on the page.
