A $2 billion masterplan of six towers on seven hectares beside the Central Park of Tbilisi, with 600,000 m² of construction. Trump Tower Tbilisi is the first of them to rise, at 280 metres over 62 floors.
Archi and Invia build it together. Both are Georgian, and between them they have shaped much of what modern Tbilisi is built from.

The record
Founded in 2006, Archi has completed more than 55 projects across Tbilisi and other regions of Georgia, providing housing for over 70,000 residents and investors from 34 countries, and delivering more projects than any other developer in the country.
Besides real estate development, Archi has a diversified portfolio of investment projects in hospitality, renewable energy and energy-efficient construction materials production.
Archi is the first company creating master developments in Georgia. It builds neighbourhoods rather than single buildings: schools, parks, retail and public space are planned together with the residences, and a management company stays with each district long after handover.
Downtown Tbilisi is its most ambitious undertaking: a six-tower district of more than six hundred thousand square metres on the western rise of the city, laid out around Central Park, and representing two billion dollars of investment.
Trump Tower Tbilisi is being developed in collaboration with The Trump Organization as part of the broader Downtown Tbilisi development. Archi Group and Invia are the main partners and developers of Downtown Tbilisi.
To serve Georgian and international buyers, Archi maintains seven sales and customer service offices: five in Georgia, in Tbilisi and Batumi, and two abroad, in Warsaw and Herzliya.

Archi and Invia brought three international practices to Downtown Tbilisi. Gensler of Washington, D.C. - the world's largest architecture practice - designed Trump Tower Tbilisi. Surbana Jurong and SAA Architects of Singapore, and Chapman Taylor of the United Kingdom, shape the rest of the masterplan.
